It’s going to be a busy weekend in Arlington with Asian Heritage Celebrations, baseball and the Downtown Arts Festival.

Asian Heritage Celebration
What: The Levitt Pavilion and the Mayor’s Asian Advisory Council will host the inaugural Asian Heritage Celebration featuring music, dragon dances, a multicultural fashion show and Chinese, Hindi, Thai, Tibetan and Vietnamese dances, Japanese origami demonstrations, chopstick games and pints tea event. Food trucks will be on site offering traditional Asian street food.

What: More than 100 local artists and makers will sell art for every budget, including paintings, pottery and jewelry. The festival will also include live painting and sculpture demonstrations, music by local bands and performers, and food trucks.
